  • Long Term: Rs. 10000 per month, provided the seat is booked for 11 months minimum lock-in; security deposit paid upfront for 3 months rent +GST.


Cabin:

  • 2 seater- Rs. 22,500 per month +GST.
  • 6 seater- Rs. 45,000 per month +GST.
  • 12 seater- Rs. 90,000 per month +GST.

Office Hours:

09:30 Hrs till 18:30 Hrs, excluding Public Holidays and Sundays.

Conference rooms for Arbitration and Meetings: At Chowringhee Court we have introduced Conference Rooms suitable for arbitration and meetings
  • Room I- 14 Seater – Rs. 5000 plus GST for 2 Hours.
  • Room II- 22 Seater – Rs. 10000 plus GST for 2 Hours.
  • Room III- 12 Seater -Rs. 4000 plus GST for 2 Hours.
  • Room IV- 12 Seater – Rs. 4000 plus GST for 2 Hours.
Car Parking Facilities, Tea/ Coffee (once in 4 hours), Microwave, Fridge, Pantry, Free Filtered Water, Free WIFI, Projector with Monitor/Screen.
